• Location: : Georgetown Penang , Penang Malaysia
• Shift Role: 24/7, 9 hours per shift.
• Salary : 10K-16K + Language Allowance: 1000RM + Housing Allowance : 600 RM
• Bilingual proficiency required: Ability to read and understand basic English.
+ Management, trainer experiences
Responsibilities: • Maintain and develop internal support and call center quality standards
• Minimumbi-lingual proficiency, tri-lingual and above is preferred.
• Languageproficiency in English is mandatory
• Provenexperience as corporate trainer
• Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
• Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate training
• Proficient in MS Office (Advance skills in Excel and Powerpoint); e-learning software will be an asset • Phenomenalcommunication, presentation and public speaking skills
• Organizational and time management abilities • Critical thinking, analytical and decision making abilitie
