REPORTS TO: Sr Accounts Receivable Manager As an Accounts Payable Manager, your responsibilities will include: Ensures the accuracy of the entire A/P process as it relates to vendor payment, processing of purchase orders, receiving invoices, payment of invoices and communication with vendors and internal customers. Ensures company policies and procedures are being adhered to as they pertain to accounts payable. Communicates all activities to the SSC Director and escalate important issues when appropriate. Manages and completes all projects as assigned. Identifies areas of continuous improvement and manages work on required solutions. Executes audit requests. Manages A/P KPIs and ensures the compliance of the SLAs. Prepares performance department reports as required. Releases and processes payments, prepares reporting Develops work plans, identifies data needs, and successfully interprets analytic insights. Creates and produces basic performance reporting and analytics. Manages AP team toward industry best practice including systems, technologies and tools The Accounts Payable Manager position is well-suited for you if you: Project Management background preferred Strong Business & Strategic Acumen; ability to understand Ingredion’s blueprint, business processes and the Company’s key strategies. Ability to complete Performance Reporting & Analysis Strong risk & compliance background; recognizes importance of sound internal control and maintaining high standards of ethical conduct. Qualified candidates will have: Extensive proven experience in Accounts Payable activities. Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team. Demonstrated ability to organize, schedule and successfully manage multiple priorities. Minimum four years of high-volume A/P experience with at least two years of supervisory experience Strong SAP background Proficient with POs and GR/IR Knowledgeable and proficient in all Microsoft office tools Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred.
