**Nature of business**:Education**Working location**:Kuala Lumpur**Job overview**:- Assist in the development and implementation of admissions strategies- Gather applicants' references and supporting documents- Liaise with other members of the team and academics, to ensure prompt and complete academic consideration of each applicant- Liaise with the Registrar, academics and external stakeholders to ascertain recognition of prior learning where required- Manage Student & Alumni Admissions Committee- Manage admissions policies and procedures to ensure that they are efficient and comply with fair admissions and governmental policies.- Provide support to the team with internal and external recruitment events- Assist in developing and managing the admissions budgets, including forecasting expenses required for effective recruitment**Job requirements**:- **Minimum Bachelor Degree with relevant education line experience**:- **At least 5 years of experience in Graduate Management Education admissions, corporate recruiting or related experience.**:- Excellent interpersonal communication skills to be able to handle and respond to the inquiries and guide the students on the documentation and the relevant admission procedures- Excellent presentation, and written and verbal communication skills in English.- Superior public speaking skills.- Ability to supervise the subordinates whenever there is a need and able to handle the work independently and effectively- Must have extensive cultural awareness and experience working with diverse individuals.- Flexibility to work in a changing schedule as per the requirement- 20-30% of international travel required (Travel internationally every 1-2 months)**Reasons to apply/perks**:- Competitive salary- Hybrid working arrangement (3 days in office, 2 days from home)- Opportunities to travel overseas every 1-2 months- Medical- Sports**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM11,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- This position requires fluent English due to the international exposure.
