Manager, App - Bancassurance My

**Key Responsibilities**- Manage and execute the bancassurance business plan to achieve the target fee based income (FBI).- Execute initiatives to improve product persistency.- Maximize the available channels in the bank to promote bancassurance products.- Ensure all bancassurance related matters are managed and cleared on time.- Work closely with bancassurance stakeholders (operations & channels team and insurance partners).- Develop and drive bancassurance value propositions.- Manage product approval process, changes on processes and agreements.- Ensure all products, campaigns, processes and initiatives meet internal and external standards.- Manage and update financial reports and management reports.- Develop and monitor campaigns.
