Role overviewProvide HR advisory support and services to meet business and operational needs; responsible for HR fundamentals including coaching managers to independently resolve HR-related matters, champion performance management as well as drive improvement and changes.Responsibilities: Custodian of the performance management process for Corporate Functions and drives performance based culture through enhanced performance management processesExecute performance and rewards management process, timely in conducting performance review and submission of appraisals, KPI setting and bonus & salary increment allocationsLead organizational design exercises to meet business needsManage recruitment process in partnership with Talent Acquisition.Handle employee matters including performance management, grievances and disciplinary process with the assistance from Industrial Relations Centre of Excellence (COE)Coordinate learning & development plan and needs required by the businessProvide project management and HR support to the business in specific related project.Drive the talent management and succession planning processesCoordinate the talent mobility and secondments as and when neededCollaborate with Total Rewards on job evaluation and grading exercisesDrive employee engagement survey process and action plans leading to a highly engaged and motivated organizationContribute to the development of policies and proceduresAny other responsibilities assigned by the line manager Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.5-6 years working experience in similar capacity, preferably with experience in multiple HR functions and/or a generalist role.Good command of English, able to write reports and prepare presentations.Experience in designing and/or implementing HR policies and programs.Experience in a fast paced, complex, matrix environment.Ability to manage operational processes and be a strategic HR partner to the business at the same time.Customer service centric, good consultancy skills with demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels in the organization.
