Manager, Business Development

**Responsibilities**:- Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets- Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets- Taking responsibilities for profit and loss- Increasing market share in existing markets and maximize new business development opportunities- Achieving targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth- Develop and maintain strong existing customer relation and loyalty- Respond to customer enquiries / complaints- Lead in engagements and strategic customer interface with key Corporate Customers**Requirements**:- Fluent English skills- Experience in 3PL industry, or any part of the supply chain industry- Knowledge and experience in managing a logistics operation- Business development experience ( proposal design, costing, commercial awareness)- Implementation experience- Strong skills in IT related expects of logistics- Excellent presentation skills- People management skills- Ability to adapt to and thrive environment with constant changes and information gaps- Good team player and positive in outlook and attitude
