Our deep integration with Airasia's network and infrastructure puts us in a unique position to achieve what sounds impossible, and we need you to bring this to a reality.We are looking for a Logistics Operations Manager based in Shenzhen who will be responsible for supervising the distribution and supply chain processes and overseeing services provided by 3rd party logistics (3PL), to ensure that the deliveries are done timely and accurately. The Operations Manager will identify and strategize on continuous improvement, cost-reduction, market landscape opportunities and negotiating with trusted vendors of services for gains on efficiency, quality and productivity. This individual will also manage the adequacy of vendors to the Service Level Agreements, inspect the quality, accuracy, timeliness of the services. This individual must have excellent communication skills, especially in handling customers' inquiries and concerns and resolving delays.SALARY RANGE: CNY 27,434 - CNY 41,150A DAY IN A LIFEOn a typical day, the Operations Manager has a detailed plan with priority sequencing and goals to accomplish. But each day also presents challenges and opportunities to excel in adaptability and responsiveness, from customer service requests to inclement weather delays that could hinder warehouse and transportation operations.
