In this position you will play a vital role in supporting Ansell's Lean and Continuous Improvement program acting as a change agent. You will support and coach the implementation and management of APS, Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement projects. Communicate Ansell Production System methodology, keeping project champions, key stakeholders and operating committees engaged. Work with APS resources and functional group to develop related project hoppers to close gaps. Train, support, and mentor all APS & Lean Six Sigma Training and deployment requirements along with leading and supporting enterprise projects as requested. Communicate and work across Ansell's businesses to identify benchmark practices in metrics, dashboards and key initiatives and drive replication of best practices. Lead special projects as necessary to support due diligence analysis, manufacturing consolidation projects. Manufacturing Metrics Improvement: Work on building consensus on calculation and reporting standards for productivity, throughput, quality and other key metrics. Act as a resource to the Plant Project team resource supplier on tools, skill development and opportunity assessment related to improving key cost, quality, speed and working capital results. Coach the team to be effective project champions with disciplined performance management objectives. Act as a resource to the Plant Project the processes of data reporting and documentation associated with the projects, including but not limited to verification of data collection and monitoring, and timely data reporting. Insures that key metrics are defined, developed, and tracked; and that improvements result in a positive impact for each project. Provide support for enterprise projects or Kaizen Event as needed. What will you bring to Ansell Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering or related discipline. At least 5 years' experience in management or engineering role in manufacturing. Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience required. Experience dealing with international operations on a cross-functional basis. Proficient in Lean Six Sigma Principles and project leadership. Lean Expert/ Master, Black Belt/Master Black Belt certification is preferred. Join us to lead the world to a safer future, apply today!
