34928 | Sales & Distribution | Management | Non-Executive | Allianz Malaysia | Full-Time | Permanent**Job Summary**Responsible to achieve company/department goals and objectives by achieving sales target allocated through intermediaries.To be responsible to maintain high level of compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.**Key Responsibilities**- Responsible for developing and building strong relationships with intermediaries to achieve company/department objectives/targets.- To generate New Business and ensure retention of existing clients from assigned portfolio.- To drive worksite products adoption and work with intermediaries to achieve mutual benefits including promoting Allianz E-platform.- Manage and conduct on-boarding, training and briefing on EB products and services to intermediaries/clients.- Manage outstanding premium of accounts and ensure payment made within the stipulated payment terms.- To drive digitalization initiatives to be aligned with Company's goal and to ensure participation from Intermediaries.- To ensure full compliance to division, company, LIAM and BNM guidelines.- To offer full cooperation and uphold company goals and vision.- Any other duties as and when deemed necessary.**Key Requirements**2. At least 5 years of working experience in Sales or Financial Services3. Result-driven, able to achieve the target assigned, and able to work independently4. Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and maintain relationships with intermediaries, and an effective team player.5. Well verse in both verbal and written communication skills - English & Bahasa Malaysia.6.
