We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Manager for Dynamic Pricing & Campaign Development to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in developing and implementing dynamic pricing strategies and sales campaigns to optimize revenue and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:1. Dynamic Pricing and Sales Campaign Monitor and analyze order intake & order bank growth, conversions, cancellations for all product pillars on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.Monitor and analyze overall retail performance KPIs of agent network generated by ROF dashboard.Develop mechanisms to implement sales strategies. Collaboration with Customer service, Marketing, Product whenever required. Develop sales campaigns based on order intake and sales run rate. Support field force with accurate data analytics to steer agents' performance effectively.Working with General Manager, MBC Operations to mitigate risks on any economic / policy changes that will affect automotive business (ie. FTA, NAP, AFTA, Economic Crisis etc) 2. Sales Operations & Management Reporting Agent target agreement.Calculation of agent retail achievement and target payout.To ensure effective implementation of new sales campaign on EMH via DIP system.Agent support and communications.Monthly retail projection, updating of AIDA, DRIFT and all require systems. 3. Projects/Cross Functional Support Collaborate on cross-functional projects to support business objectivesQualifikationenQualification :1. Education Level / Training Min. Degree in Business Management / Strategic Management / Finance & Accounting / Economic r equivalent 2. Experience (type of)Min. 5 years working experience in automotive sales, marketing and business strategy 3.
