Manager Facility Management

In your new role you will: E- nsure continuous smooth Operation of Plant Facilities infra services. Ensuring Zero ITP and Zero Incident and meeting Key Department result. A- ttend and manage any complaint related to PF infra services and report to PF OM Manager on any excursion. M- onitor and follow up status complaints for ADeM in SAP PM. Analysis complaints data in monthly basis for departmental performance review. U- pdate, track, monitor Facility Assets list and Assets maintenance in SAP-PM. M- onitor and update Facility operation stability through SPC and react in any case of unstability which need attention. W- orking together with other Facility Operation, Engineering and Project team in meeting departmental objectives. M- anage teams of contractors on the operation of the CDA, Vacuum, Gases and FMCS services, monitor and track KPI fulfillment. E- nsure work place is maintained and performs in accordance to 5S practice, ESH requirements and statutory compliance. E- mbark in FM improvement program assignment (Competencies development, FM Documentation harmonization, KPI review and tracking etc.)You are best equipped for this task if you have: B- achelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related studies I- ATF 16949 F- MCS, SPC R- CM & FMECA S- AP Application L- egal Requirement (FMA, OSHA, UBBL, NFPA, etc) G- reen Line and Clean Room requirement 8- D Methodology P- roject Management, PNID, AUTOCADMelaka is our biggest production site wordwide with more than 7000 employees.D**riving decarbonization and digitalization.
