Manager Financial Controlling

Job description

In your new role you will:

- Be the pro-active finance business partner of a production area within Melaka plant
Lead controlling team for respective production area
- Ensure target achievement and cost performance for this production area
- Act as business partner to product area on financial controlling, management reports & profit / loss analysis and strategic positioning
- Drive cost down measures together with respective counterparts in operations, engineering, planning & industrial engineering
- Coordinate annual planning activities Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance / Business Administration or any equivalent course
- More than 6 years experience in costing, accounting and financial knowledge in manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications
- Ability to work within a multi-cultural environment
- A pro-active mind set and first leadership experience
- Strong analytical, good communication and presentation-skills
