Job DescriptionMarket Research and Analysis Gather & analyze secondary and primary data about markets (travel behavior, consumer behavior, passenger demand & traffic, market sizing)Work with cross-departmental functions (data insights, route revenue, finance, network, marketing) to generate passenger forecasting / revenue projectionsProvide feasibility analysis for new marketsGo-To-MarketDevelop a go-to-market strategy for new markets that includes operations setup, target setting, partnership identification, commercial strategy, and launch planProject ManagementWork with cross-departmental functions to execute the go-to market strategyMonitor sales performance until inaugural & develop strategic initiatives to address gaps in the go-to-market strategyEnsure timely implementation of the marketing plan until launchEnsure smooth turnover of market to marketing team who will sustain the market / productJob RequirementsBachelor's degree in business, tourism, aviation management, Marketing or related fieldData-driven with strong analytical skillsStrong negotiation skillsAble to work well in complex, dynamic environments & deal with multiple layers of stakeholdersKnowledge of airline systems- including distribution channels, and interline infrastructure is a plus We are all different - one talent to another - that is how we rely on our differences.
