Responsibilities
• Review process design and ensure compliance• Design processes using programs such as Visio, Word, and Powerpoint• Execute Dip checks to ensure processes are working as expected• Maintain Compliance Scorecard• Understand Human Capital processes and assess risks• Review process and policy documents• Identify risks in HC through dip check audits• Prepare the Risk Control Matrix for HC• Publish periodic audit dashboards for HC leadership• Manage audit schedule and coordination with internal and external auditors
Requirements
• A minimum of 10 years' experience in Human Capital• Experience in HR generalist/Talent Acquisition profile• Understanding of HR processes and audit concepts• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite• Team player with strong communication skills
