Job DescriptionOpen Position: Manager, HRBP (MNC Company)An MNC company in Malaysia is looking for Manager, HRBP to be based in their Kuala Lumpur office. You will be responsible in the full spectrum of HR function, develop, enact, and monitor Human Resources initiatives and drive projects for the company. Key responsibilities and requirements include: Partners with leadership to align HR strategy to business strategySupport the development, and drive the achievement of the annual strategy taking into account business priorities and the global HR strategySuccession plans determined and delivered, accountable for final resourcing decisions down to agreed levels, embedding core processes and talent pipelinesAnalyzes trends and metrics in partnership with HR peers to develop solutions programs and policiesProvides day-to-day coaching to leadership on a variety of actions to include employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application, talent management and development and organisational design consultationManages and resolves complex employee relations issues such as disciplinary, grievances by conducting effective, thorough and objective investigationsA team player with good personality and communication skillsIf you are interested, please send your updated CV to for a confidential discussion.
