**Responsibilities**:1. Manage and maintain all server infrastructure including physical and Hyper-V virtualservers.a. Administration of all servers and storage infrastructure.b. Administer and monitor corporate backup.c. User account provisioning - includes Microsoft 0365 infrastructure.2. Manage and maintain all network infrastructure services ensuring security andprotection of data on corporate network devices.on the network including Active Directory Services.4. Problem solving and documentation of current and new servers in both physical andvirtual environments.5. Performs data management services, server tuning, and directory servicesmaintenance.6. Installs, configures, and troubleshoots group policy and administrative templates.7. Coordinates and works with vendors to resolve problems and issues with hardwareand software.8. Inventory and software licensing to keep track of hardware inventory and ensurecompliance with legal software requirements.9. Propose and Source for new technique/solution for overall PC and printer support.10. Monitor VPN connectivity between HQ and branches.11. Anti-Virus Administration - close monitoring and manage emergency outbreakresponse processes,12. User administrator and manage security access and user setup for ERP.13. Workflow set-up, coordinate arid govern the evolution and customization.solutions or workflow.15. Manage ERP related vendors and projects.16. Report and track technical issues and oversee the subscription management of thesystem.17. Ensure the protection of information from accidental or unauthorized damage,removal or modification.18. Any other duty & responsibility which the company may assign from time to time.**JOB REQUIREMENTS**1. Diploma / Degree in any related IT field.2. 5 years working experience in IT systems and experience with operationsmanagement, infrastructure budgets and cost management.3. Able to read, analyze and interpret computer hardware and systems managementtechnical manuals and procedures.4. Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.5. Ability to handle multiple task simultaneously.6. Knowledge of Office 365 tools and familiar with ERP (Monitor system) is an added advantage..7. Good verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.8.
