Understand the organisation expectation from NPMS Category.- Overall responsible for Non-Production Material and Services items (NPMS) for JSG Group.- Spend Analysis of NPMS category at Group and OC level to define sourcing and saving strategy.- Lead and work very closely with OC's PLW to drive the saving opportunities.- Idea generation and implementation by working with OC's and cross functional team within Group.- Supplier identification, Evaluation of supplier and Price bench marking.- Contracting & Price Negotiation with supplier.- Tracking of various market indicators related to NPMS material for proactive measures.- Monitor supplier performance to achieve and maintain safety/ quality and service level.- Ensure maximized use of eProcurement systems and full evaluation of all potential opportunities and to contribute cost saving activities- Ensure Timely reporting of Cost Saving Initiative in Sievo on continuous basis- Ability to establish contract with Logistics service provider for Sea, Land and Air mode, Commercial Rentals contract for Offices, warehouses.- Support Logistics and operations team on addressing the supplier issues.- Handle categories like Office services, Tools and Operating, Insurance, IT hardware, software and services- Support on negotiation and other NPMS services as an when required.- Establish strong Supplier relationship with major NPMS category spend supplier- Standardization and enforcement of procurement management standards and processes- Ensure strong compliance against Group Sourcing policies and ON's- Managing Strategic relationship with internal & external stakeholder.- Any other task/ responsibilities assigned by Manager.**Mobility needs you***:- Customer and team oriented- Enthusiastic and ability to manage multiple projects independently- Show leadership in driving procurement policies and business conduct- Sense of ownership and accountability- Able to work well at all levels and engaging stakeholders- Global and strategic mindset- University or College Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, MBA- Strong negotiation skill- Business process management skill- Project procurement skill- Internal and external stakeholder management- Good analytical and problem-solving skill- Strong interpersonal skill and ability to work in complex global networks with international team.- High confidence in stating professional opinions- Minimum 10 to 12 years' experience in Strategic Purchasing / NPMS Category Management.- Strong sourcing experience in Non Production Material like Logistics freight service, warehousing and office rental, office services, IT hardware, software, service, Sub contracting work, Travel category, Car Rentals etc
