**OPERATION MANAGER / ASSISTANT MANAGER****Duties & Responsibilities**- Responsible for managing, planning and overseeing the operations to ensure everything run smoothly and efficiently.- Managing the overall production line including packing, production planning, raw material store, finished goods warehouse, maintenance department and quality.- Planning and organizing production schedule to ensure the accurate execution of the production line.- Ensure the machineries and equipment's is available and working according to production safety.- Manage the inventory levels, ensure stock levels remain adequate, order the resources that are required, coordinate with store personnel to ensure proper stock levels are maintained for efficient order fulfillment.- Ensure the equipment is well maintained in good and safe working condition, inspect equipment to identify any replacements, malfunction and repairs. Able to communicate and follow up with maintenance or contractors.- Demonstrate understanding and comply will all HACCP, GMP, 5S, HALAL requirements, Food Safety, Hygiene and Quality and OHS procedures to ensuring the products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.- Compliance with the Company & HQ culture across all supply chain functions to enhance ways of working driving towards being compliant Manufacturing Plant.- Responsible for managing the operation team; vacation, absence, leaves, extra hours, as well as execution of disciplinary actions.**Requirements**:- Preferably with experience in manufacturing food industry/food processing- Minimum a Diploma/Degree holder or equivalent.- **Relevant working experience in the managerial role in food industry/food processing.**:- Minimum 7-10 years working experience, preferable with manufacturing Food industry working experience.- Knowledge and experience in ISO 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP and HALAL standards will be an added advantage.- Prior experience in handling subordinates is an added advantage.- Highly organized and detail-orientated; high level of accuracy, Strong sense of urgency, proactive and dynamic.**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Flexible schedule- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional development- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Day shift- Evening shift- Holidays- Weekend jobs
