Responsible for monitoring the pipeline of upcoming projects and plan implementation with AP product and market teams.3. Lead engagements with external commercial customers to help them understand product and solution implementation requirements. These could happen at the sales/pre-implementation consultation stage where extensive customer engagement will be expected.4. Partner with cross functional teams like product owners, implementation team, as well as business teams, across Asia Pacific markets.5. Collaborating with cross-functional partners to identify and remedy delivery pain points during product pilots.6. Lead and project manage First-In-Market (FIM) projects, including discovery of market nuances to be highlighted in implementation documents for handover to delivery teams for scaling in future projects similar in nature.7. Work with implementation teams to create overall project implementation plan, clearly articulating the various workstreams (where applicable), interdependencies, and critical path (key milestones).8. Closely track and monitor project schedule, risks & issues, and good change control management is essential. Timely resolution of identified issues is expected.9. Create and distribute project status report to all project stakeholders (both internal and external).10. Conduct workshops and / or training sessions for external customers to provide product knowledge, including (but not limited to) implementation of API and usage of the product.All About You1. Good understanding of Payments industry and strong technical acumen.2. Proven experience in building and managing relationships with external partners and/or stakeholders.3. Strong exposure to traditional and emerging payments and products landscape, business constructs and platforms, preferably in Mastercard business models and industry practices.4. Good exposure to Asia Pacific regional market practices, regulatory and compliance guidelines, particularly around the B2B payments sphere.5. Prior experience on B2B payment / Commercial Card payments solution, particularly around ERP, procure-to-pay platforms, corporate expense management systems and workflows are essential. Working knowledge of Mastercard Smart Data and In-Control for Commercial Payments (ICCP) will be a strong advantage.6. In depth working experience with Open API and API tools like Postman/Insomnia, certificate/key management, as well as software development knowledge (or good understanding on coding), would be required to perform this job well.7. Passionate about enabling new product functions for customers looking for B2B solutions. This involves acumen to assess product readiness, Go-To-Market planning, and product rollouts for different markets in Asia Pacific8. Should be comfortable with ambiguity which generally comes with new product implementation and take lead to build clarity for involved stakeholders, proactively monitoring and documenting market nuances.9. Ability to work independently as a member of a matrix-based diverse and geographically distributed project team.10. Strong communicator and collaborator - ability to be concise in communication with internal as well as external stakeholders.11. Basic project management skills and experience required; certified PMP (or equivalent) practitioner preferred.12. Multi-lingual capability (especially languages commonly used in Asia) strongly preferred.13. Time zone coverage: Asia Pacific (Pacific region of New Zealand/Australia to South Asia region of India/Sri Lanka). This is a regional role and hence there will be times when you are expected to support customers based across the region, in their business time zone.14.
