**GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Coordinating production workflow for one or multiple products- Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay- Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand- Coordinate and execute scheduling activities for assigned parts using ERP/MRP systems.- Act as a focal point and monitor assigned areas to ensure material delivery dates meet production needs.- Identify and coordinate advance notice, input and resolution of material shortages/overages.- Interface with stakeholders within Akribis to identify and coordinate the disposition of obsolete, non-conforming, and excess materials.- Responsible to advise committed date to Customer Service based on lead-time, material and production capacity- Calculate and present Monthly On-Time-Delivery to the team- Anticipate potential problems and risks, and generates ideas, insight and solutions to resolve or "head off" potential problems, followed by decisive action to implement solutions.- Analyze data to determine opportunities to decrease inventory, improve customer service levels, and reduce total costs in order to support lean manufacturing activities.- Demonstrate effective collaboration skills by open communication and sharing of pertinent business information to all departments.- Represent the company successfully and exercises flexibility in their communications with internal and external customers.- Other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.- Perform ad-hoc tasks when requested.**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Fixed shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Overtime pay- Performance bonus
