Manager - Project Management (Penang)

**Sunway Property is hiring!We are currently looking for a **Manager - Project Management **to be based in **Penang **.**What's your job like?**- To drive and implement Project Management Strategies to achieve effective time, cost, quality and environmental management.- To consult and cooperate with HOD, Senior Managers, UPCM as well as Authorities to ensure timely completion of functional and operational tasks.- To monitor and control guidelines, best practices, SOPs and related legislations to ensure compliance with the company standards and its effectiveness.- To ensure compliance to Quality and Environmental Management systems at respective project sites.- To monitor and advise contractors as well as consultants' work progress to ensure effective time, cost, quality and environmental management outcome.**Who are we looking for?**- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Building Science or related discipline.- Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience, with mínimally 3-5 years of managerial capacity in the construction management or Project Management- Well-versed in the processes of a project development- Technical Skills: Possess knowledge and/or familiar with Quality & Environmental Management System, Schedule Waste Management, Environmental Aspect Impact and Environmental Legal & Other Requirement.- Computer literate, i.e.: MS Office.- Proficient in both written and spoken English.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.**Why you should consider this opportunity?- Attractive remuneration and benefit package- Opportunities for career growth/advancement- Trainings will be provided to facilitate career growth**The hiring process**- The average processing is around 2-4 weeks.
