We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking, that best suit our customers' needs.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of **Manager, Quality Assurance.****Principal Responsibilities**:- Responsible to assists the Head of Mobile Sales for sales quality control oversight, to adherence of Mobile Sales and TPSA operating standard.- This job scope covers monitoring the sales ethic of employees under Mobile Sales across all the products including Mortgage, Credit Card, Personal Loan and Accounts opening.- The role holder is required to conduct compliance training workshops and act as internal audits to ensure the team meets compliance requirement by also identifying potential compliance risks and take appropriate measures to mitigate the risk.- Review customer's complaints to pick up any divergence trend and issues that might be arise from sales ethic of employees- Manage a central monitoring record and MI- Maintain a good working relationship with local compliance and Audit team to ensure policies and standards are adhered to.- Work with respective Head of Departments and Regional Sales Managers for any appropriate training and development needs for the sales team.- Always remain vigilant to ensure operational standards are enforced effectively to eliminate/minimize frauds and losses and all services are offered in accordance with the Bank's KYC and business ethics policy.Requirements- Experience in Mobile Sales/Direct Sales environment will be an added advantage.- Strong knowledge of risk framework, policies, procedures and internal controls of a financial institution- Must be meticulous, high attention to details and accuracy and strong in written English to be able to present findings and recommendation from a Quality Assurance perspective.- Advanced computer skills in Excel, Power point and word is the key requirement for this role.- Proficiency in English. Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia will be an advantage.Subject to local laws, this will require the individual to satisfactorily pass a series of additional checks as part of the recruitment process and on an ongoing basis, if appointed to the role.
