Responsible for BE QM Digitalization Program Office Drive digitalization and automation initiaves within the BE QM organization. Lead implementation and management of digitalization and automation solutions that will align with business objectives Serve as business achitect, collaborating closely with business stakeholders and working in partnership with IT and FI team to deliver digitalization and automation solutions that optimize processes and improve efficiencies across the organizationIn your new role you will:Support BE QM Digitalization strategy, planning and execution of digitalization and automation initiatives, in alignment with business objectives and requirementDefine governance frameworks and best practices for the sustenance of digitalization and automation solutionsEstablish and drive overall BE QM Digitalization roadmap and projects from initialization to closure, and monitor and update project status with reporting and tracking.Drive the evaluation and selection of digitalization and automation tools that align with business requirements and promote efficiency and scalability.Lead and govern the digitalization and automation solutions; to ensure seamless integration between the systems.Stay updated on emerging trends, industry standard, and best practices in digitalization and automation, applying them to drive continuous improvement and innovation.Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify digitalization and automation requirements and opportunities, conduct feasibility studies and define harmonized digitalization and automation requirements across BE QM.Collaborate with IT team to design, develop and implement digitalization and automation solution, utilizing technologies such as robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML) and workflow automation tools.Define and develop training program for digitalization in BE QM organization and oversee end-users competencies in digitalization and automation tools and methodologies.You are best equipped for this task if you have:Minimum 8 years of working experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry or relevant manufacturing environment, working on digitalization and automation programs/projectsRelevant degree in computer science, software engineering, data science or equivalentStrong business understanding and experience in business architecture, process and workflow automationKnowledge of digital platforms and automation technologies, such as RPA, AI, ML and workflow automation toolsStrong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to identify digitalization and automation opportunities and recommend suitable solutionsKnowledge and skills in Project managementExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business and FI or IT stakeholdersBenefitsWide range of training offers & planning of career developmentInternational assignmentsDifferent career paths: Project Management, Technical Ladder, Management & Individual ContributorExempt working hours are flexible within core hours (9am-12pm & 2pm- Home office options for certain tasks or due to personal circumstances.
