**In this position you will....Be enabling bolttech Sales teams to run effectively, efficiently and drive sales growth. You will also support continuous development of bolttech sales tools, processes, and capabilities and lead implementation and adoption of sales tools, systems, and processes to support sales growth. You will drive a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement to achieve sales excellence**You will be responsible for **- Working with Regional CEOs and Sales teams to effectively align and embed sales and key account frameworks, including annual business planning and cadence of review- Providing leadership to the sales leaders to develop sales objectives and initiatives that align to bolttech strategic goals- Supporting Country Leads with the assignment of sales force quotas, ensuring the financial objectives are optimally allocated- Identifying opportunities for sales process improvement and facilitating successful implementation of new programs by ensuring a well-defined, efficient sales process is in place for launch- Driving global consistency in tools, processes, and measurement to enhance both revenue growth and productivity- Participating in on-going development of bolttech proprietary Sales playbooks to support partner launches and on-going growth- Building mechanisms to share best practice and drive a culture of continuous improvement- Supporting the prioritization of investments in enabling technologies in support of sales organization productivity. Working closely with the sales leadership and Technology to align the sales and technology roadmap and strategy, recommending changes and enhancements to sales tools and process- Partnering with People, Finance and Sales leadership teams to help implement and administer the Sales Incentive Compensation program to ensuring that the plan drives sales behavior and reinforces the sales strategy- Engaging with People team to design and implement programs to build sales team capabilities- Supporting local market teams to develop and execute go to market plans for new partners, products, and markets- Designing sales initiatives for Retail partners to drive engagement and sales growth**For you to be successful**We expect you to be able to demonstrate the following key competencies****Customer focus**- Puts the customer at the center of decision making and uses design thinking to ensure the solution is desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable.- Understands relevant customer journeys and makes the customer part of the solution to optimize experiences**Collaborative**- Inclusive, empathetic and encourages and facilitates other team members to unite and deliver positive results- Builds diverse networks and cooperative key working relationships to work in partnership with others**Communication**- Adept communicator, listens to and integrates diverse contributions; explains issues clearly and succinctly.- Shares accurate, timely information with the right people in an appropriate format for the audience**Impactful**- Committed to delivering strategically aligned objectives, creates plan to achieve with key milestones and measures- Perseveres, tries new approaches to reach challenging goals and persists until outcomes and commitments are met.**Adaptable**- Looks to understand bigger picture rationale for changes and adapts in a flexible and nimble manner- Is quick to adapt approach and act flexibly in response to changes in the strategic and/or operational direction of the organization**Data Literacy****You will require the following qualifications and skills**- Over 5 years' experience in managing sales operations- Extensive experience with Salesforce/CRM systems- Deep knowledge of sales and account management practices- Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment- Experience in driving structured processes and leveraging analytics from large datasets to drive growth programs- Experience in using data to develop go-to market approaches and inform the business- Experience in developing and engaging highly functioning sales teams- Strong knowledge of sales metrics, sales processes, and sales enablement tools- Digital native with strong skills in using Microsoft Office Work, Excel, PowerPoint and digital communication platforms such as Zoom
