Develops and execution of strategies and business plans to build Sales acquisition and Portfolio Revenue with stakeholders.- Identifies key revenue, cost saving, retention and fee income strategies and execution of plan- Analyse & Identifies new opportunity and implements marketing & pricing campaign / strategies to enhance business performance, and improve customer retention & experiences- Work closely with all stakeholders to drive and implement business strategies and ensure targets are achieved.- Keep abreast, review & implement pricing strategies and opportunities to ensure the offer is competitive- Product updates and preparation of marketing materials- Undertake new product development, new markets and work with stakeholder to obtain necessary approval- Ensure effective support and communication strategy in relation to Auto Finance product operational queries, sales support and product training- To identify any process gap and perform system/process enhancement and re-engineering.- Undertake and management of system project related to Auto finance product/business- Analyse and consolidate monthly management reports on the performance of Auto Finance business- Work closely with stakeholders to obtain insights, enrich and improve customer segmentation and portfolio- Monitor, review pricing packages and empowerment matrices to ensure they are effective and competitive. Ensure pricing packages are properly maintained in all systems- Key liaison party with Group Risk, Credit Team and Sales and having oversight over credit/risk related matters- To perform analysis and implement rectification/ remedial to reduce customer complaint and improve customer experience and improve processes- Ensures compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements- Any other responsibilities / task as assigned by management from time to time
