Manager - Supply Chain

Lead the supply planning team and processes to ensure each site is well positioned to deliver the commitments at efficient cost. Develop, manage and continuously improve on design, implementation and enforcement of an effective sales & operation planning Review and encourage team to continuously improve on reliability of supply sources and backup sources to ensure uninterrupted production to support in-full on-time shipment to customers. Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in timely manner to reduce order throughout time and keep inventory at optimum level. Develop and ensure the conformance of SCM operations with ISO and other relevant international certification requirements of customers. Establish teamwork and good rapport with colleagues, including those from other department. Resolving production planning, product development, warehousing and shipping issues as it arises.
