**Taxation**- Responsible for managing tax reporting, tax planning and compliance within the organization.- Sustainable optimization of the Company's cash tax position, mitigation of tax exposures and accurate forecast of tax liability.- Ensure Corporate tax, tax returns are complete and accurate to minimize tax risks/obligations. Also to ensure compliance on all withholding taxes.- Provide advisory and guidance on tariff code classification in determining excise duties and import duties rates and computation.- Ensure group transfer pricing reports to tax authorities are compliant.- Coordinate and advise Company on mechanism in computation of price to ensure compliance to the Price Control and Anti-Profiteering Act.- Provide appropriate technical tax expertise to Company's Corporate Affairs and Legal Dept, tax information to be used to influence the tax legislative process.- Functional owner of tax IT systems. Fully up-to-date and reliable tax master data and tax functional elements of the Company's ERP system.- Attend to tax audits and tax inquiries posted by authorities. Build and develop a relationship with the tax authorities.**Treasury**- To assess, monitor, plan and manage the efficient utilization of cash and financial services in a manner consistent with the objectives of the Company.- Perform cash flow forecast.- Perform hedging analysis in order to handle the Forex risk accordingly.- Analyse investment options to maximize return on excess funds.- Handle credit card matters including purchasing card and corporate travelling card.- Ensure controls are working effectively and comply with Treasury Policy.**Key requirements**- At least 10 years experience in Finance function of which 6-7 years experience in a tax consultancy role/(international) in-house tax management role.- Both advisory and compliance background preferred with IFRS knowledge.- Ability to translate tax knowledge into rounded opinions and tangible recommendations.- Strong inter-personal skills and able to work and interact effectively in a team-based environment.- Versatile, organized, result-oriented and enjoy the challenge of working in a competitive and fast paced environment.
