That's why we offer flexible and hybrid working options, so you can choose when, where and how you work.As a Manager I, IT Business Operations, you will be responsible for providing accountability to location operations for delivery and quality of the IT (Digital) services and projects by Infrastructure and Operations function under Worley Enterprise Services (WES). This role must establish, sustain and enhance a working relationship with Project, Location and Executive Managers in Malaysia, such that business management is aware of and supports IT Infrastructure & Operations plans. We solve complex problems by finding integrated data-centric solutions from the first stages of engineering and consulting to the last stages of installation and commissioning.Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability in our projects.What you'll doWe're looking for a Manager I, IT Business Operations to join our Malaysia team.The role responsibilities include: Partner with Manager, othermembers of IT (digital and WES organisation), and third line support teams, on the operational aspects of associated services to meet or exceed committed service levels.Executes the operation, reporting and continuous improvement of the services and functions required to deliver and support infrastructure services and products to meet the needs of the business.Performs processes to ensure the stability, capacity and performance of associated services and functions. Addresses and adjusts services as needed to maintain or exceed service levels to business.For accountable services, partners with the IT organizations responsible for ITIL service management-based processes associated with Incident, Problem, Change, Availability, and Release Management.Critical executive (VIP) / client support.Acts a business partner and escalation point for IT (Digital) operations matters for all business entities in Malaysia, and as a stand-in for other countries / locations as directed by Manager. Ensure fluid/active participation in all Disaster Recovery activities (planning/testing/coordinating/responding).Work with local regulatory bodies / authorities where required.Work closely with Governance/Compliance/Audit functions.Support the BRM (Business Relationship Management) function by acting as an End to End IT representative of I&DD/Infrastructure & Operations by supporting open communications between the BRM and the Business to ensure demands are being communicated, documented and delivered upon.Oversight of ensuring adherence by all service teams to Asset / Inventory Management.Oversight of teams coordinating asset disposal, ensuring strict adherence to disposal process(es).Ensure all necessary onboarding support is made available to People Group(s), Hiring Managers, etcSupport procurement activities at both local and regional levels.Support Manager with the development of annual budget planning and ensuring costs are managed in accordance with the budget, and any agreed DoA levels.Oversee Disaster Recovery Planning and Testing for locations in remit.Management and oversight of unsupported appllications and associoated licensing hardware as needed.Works as part of a team that leverages agile approaches to meet business needs at an accelerated pace.In partnership with senior operations support analysts, identifies, documents, and resolves infrastructure issues affecting computing service users.Understands the existing departmental/unit/functional processes and procedures.Understands workflow, process inputs and outputs, dependencies, etc. specific to their role.Ensure all work (that is within the scope of role's perview) is conducted in line with Worley Digital and WES standads, policies and procedures.Regular engage and participate in team meetings and provide Manger with regular updates on work activities, business impacting incidents and risks. Performs other duties as assigned. What you'll have 5+ years experience managing IT Infrastructure & Operations related activities – preferably for a global organisation. 5+ years experience with IT Infrastructure & Operations financial management including global licence management, Infrastructure & Operations charge-out regimes; and procurement of Infrastructure & Operations assets and services at global levels.5+ years experience with assessing the impact and challenges for Infrastructure & Operations of business operations.5+ years experience managing IT Infrastructure & Operations related activities – preferably for a global organisation. 5+ years experience with IT Infrastructure & Operations financial management including global licence management, Infrastructure & Operations charge-out regimes; and procurement of Infrastructure & Operations assets and services at global levels.5+ years experience with assessing the impact and challenges for Infrastructure & Operations of business operations.Experience with the deployment of relevant Infrastructure & Operations international standards, practices and methodologies.Understanding of ECPM industry, and related Infrastructure & Operations Services requirements.Understanding of industry business strategies, and related Infrastructure & Operations enablement.Completion of Manager-level training of Worley HSE policies, methodologies, processes and procedures - and competence in deploying them for a Global team.
