**JOB OVERVIEW**We are looking for an HR & Admin Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources and Admin practices and processes.**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**To handle entire Payroll administrationTo handle entire recruitment ProcessTo handle ISO 22000 HR/Administrative documentationTo develop the HR Policies and Procedures in compliance to the company's policiesTo be responsible for the Employees Relations issues in the company and takes an active role in problem solving and creative innovation of strategic HR.To manage employee compensation and benefits, employee welfare, employee services and industrial relations.To monitor, handle employees' discipline, ensure that all are compliance with company's rules and policies.To handle employees' discipline. Investigations related to misconduct, prepare disciplinary lettersTo management meetings - Prepare agenda and meeting minutesTo prepare and submit monthly manpower and wages analysis report to management.To manage the administration of office premises maintenance, security, office facilities, stationeries and overall group of factories licences and utilities.To manage the factory and hostel rental agreementTo manage of company's foreign workers' affairs**REQUIREMENTS**At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Possess a high level of integrity with good leadership, consultative and negotiation skillsAble to communicate effectively with all levels in the organizationGood understanding of related statutory legislation includes Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, and Industrial Relations.2 years hands on experience in handling foreign workers issues including all matters concerning foreign workersGood interpersonal skills and resourceful in problem solving with the ability to work independently.Familiar with KPI setting, monitoring and reviewMeticulous and have a keen eye for details to ensure high-quality work output.Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Malay**BENEFITS**Salary Range : RM5,000.00-5,800.00Performance Bonus**5 Days Work**Public HolidaysAnnual LeaveMedical BenefitEPFSocso**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM5,100.00 - RM5,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Handling Full Spectrum of Human Resources management: 2 years (preferred)- Handling Staff Payroll Administration: 2 years (preferred)- Handling Entire Foreign Workers' Affair: 2 years (preferred)- handling Licensing &Company's Admin Matters: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)- English (preferred)- Malay (preferred)
