Mandarin Speaking Project Manager - Retail Business

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:To assist in creating and maintaining the Opening Retail Outlet Project plans, timelines, and deliverables using project management tools and software.To Coordinate project logistics, such as booking venues, arranging travel, and managing project-related documentation.To Track project progress, update project dashboards, and generate reports on project status, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs).To assist in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and processing invoices and payments.To organize and maintain project documentation, including contracts, agreements, correspondence, and project files.To communicate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met and deadlines are achieved.To support project teams in identifying risks, issues, and dependencies, and assist in developing mitigation strategies.To contribute to the process improvement initiatives, documentation updates, and best practices development within the project management team.**REQUIREMENTS**Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).Previous experience in a Retail Business Opening project support is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer service-oriented approach.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and document management.Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and collaborate effectively within a team environment.**BENEFITS****Basic Salary 5,500.00 - 6,500.00**Transport AllowanceHandphone AllowanceKPI Allowance**Expected Monthly Income : 6,000.00 - 7,000.00**Annual Bonus**5 Days Work**Public HolidaysAnnual LeaveMedical BenefitEPFSocso**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Cell phone reimbursement- Free parking- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Handling Full Responsibility Retrail Business Opening: 2 years (preferred)- Coordinating Retail Business Opening Project: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)- English (required)- Malay (preferred)
