Job Description
• Prepare teaching aids and conduct lesson effectively according to the lesson plan.
• Responsibility for the progress of a class, keep track on the children's developments and writing monthly progress report.
• Keep the classroom clean and organized.
• Organize learning resource and create display in the classroom to encourage positive learning environment.
• Prepare homework, check and correct the children's work and mark their book.
• Participate and assist in other duties as assigned by the Principal, including others events organized by the management.
Candidates must
• Possess Bachelor’s Degree / Post graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Early Childhood Learning.
• Be able to communicate in 3 languages: English, Bahasa and Mandarin (able to write will be advantage).
• Have at least 1 year(s) of experience teaching children in an established Kindergarten. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Be able to follow the syllabus provided and deliver lessons according.
• Have good classroom management, creativity, innovation and have a passion for teaching children.
• Be able to work well independently as well as a team.
• Be computer literate and know how to use Microsoft Office Programs.
• Be patient, proactive and teachable.
• Have a good attitude, love to interact with children, and be caring towards them.
• Attend yearly training sessions or courses organized by the school.
