Assist in the installation and qualification of systems, troubleshoot day-to-day manufacturing issues, identify and/or implement system improvements that contribute to the achievement of throughput, yield and product performance goals.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
• Setup and maintenance of gauges.
• Maintenance of process control plan.
• Execute planned process experiments, collect and analyze data and report experimental results.
• Responsible for data collection relating to daily tool performance and associated product performance.
• Provide training of production associates.
• Responsible for solving day-to-day production, equipment, and process problems.
• Maintain effective communication with production associates and manufacturing engineers.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and good housekeeping standards.
Experience:
Diploma: 1 to 2 years experience relevant to function
Education:
Diploma in Technical.
Required Skills:
Behavioral:
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to communicate in basic English - oral and written.
Troubleshooting of process and machines
• Technical:
• General electrical/electronic knowledge.
• Good mechanical skills.
