Manufacturing Expert (Based In India)

Responsible for coordinating production and shipment planning arrangements with HQ.- Responsible for coordinating and leading / monitoring the introduction of new products with HQ.- Responsible for on-site management, including on-site problem solving, quality controlling, production change management and etc.- Responsible for supervising and managing the elimination tasks.- Responsible for the management of material-related issues, including less material, bad material, replenishment, spare parts and etc.- Responsible for the target management, controlling the compliance of various guidance and reporting to HQ.- Any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.**Job Requirements**:- At least 3 years of experience in electronic manufacturing management.- Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.- Highly results-driven, collaborative and confident.- Willing to be based in India.**Skill Level**:Management**Salary Range**:> RM15000- About TPLINK DISTRIBUTION MALAYSIA SDN BHDTP-LINK is a global provider of SOHO & SMB networking products and the World's No.1 provider of WLAN products, with products available in over 120 countries to tens of millions customers.
