Manufacturing IntegratorAs a Manufacturing Integrator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and optimizing manufacturing processes within our organization. You'll bridge the gap between various departments, ensuring seamless communication, efficient production, and quality control. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as production, OFM, engineering, supply chain, logistic and quality assurance) to streamline manufacturing processes. Develop and implement strategies to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity. Monitor production schedules, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to meet production targets. MCSD/MCD risk assessment and prioritization of PM Completion Ship risk assessments to MCSD of tools in WIP. Provide missed notification along with root cause and projected recommit dates of completion. PM tracking on parts shortages, parts borrowed, SW and Golden Unit. Facilitate communication between different teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and drive lean manufacturing practices. Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Proven experience in manufacturing or production management. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles. Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Expectations: Collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
