**_RESPONSIBILITIES_**- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices to enhance productivity and effectiveness.- Oversees and manages the entire production timeline, from input to finished goods, to ensure smooth operations and optimal outcomes.- Perform quality controls and monitor production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent, high-quality output. Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.- Manage the organization's operational budgets, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.- Manage and supervise the workforce, including task allocation, setting deadlines, and monitoring performance.- Formulate strategic and operational objectives aligned with organizational goals.Develop and execute production plan to meet customer demand and company goals.- Create production schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress to meet deadlines.- Collaborate with procurement, customer service, planning and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and logistics arrangements.- Prepare and analyse reports on production performance, including key performance indicators.- Ensure monthly stock take activities and accurate records.- Set performance goals and provide regular feedback to team members.- Foster a collaborative and productive team culture.- Supervise and lead team members, and evaluate their performance.**_REQUIREMENTS_**- At least Bachelor Degree in any field.- Ability to inspire and motivate teams.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to mediate conflicts among team members.- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.- Being capable of adjusting strategies or processes in response to dynamic business environments and unexpected changes.- Having a keen eye for detail to identify potential operational inefficiencies, mitigate risks, and maintain quality standards.- A mindset focused on continuous improvement involves constantly seeking ways to enhance operational processes and outcomes.- Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 compliance requirements.- Experience in rubber manufacturing will add advantage.
