**About the job:**

We’re searching for interns who will be responsible for:

* Performing troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

* Utilizing diagnostic equipment and various vendor documents to isolate and repair malfunctions.

The ideal candidate will be enrolled in an AS degree program in Electrical Engineering Technology.

A thorough understanding of vacuum, RF, AC/DC and digital electronic theory, and the ability to assemble, disassemble and reassemble complex mechanical assemblies, are desired.

This position may require the ability to wear personal protective equipment and respirators during certain maintenance procedures. Work may involve repetitive motion and some heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs).

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Requirements:**

* Enrolled in Associates of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology

**Preferred qualifications:**

* Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions

* Ability to take the initiative and drive for results

* Working well in a team environment is imperative in this role.

* Good listener and excellent verbal and written communication skills
