We are looking for passionate, positive, highly motivated and dedicated person to join Kulim Assembly Test Technical Training Team.- Engaging with key customers on the required training needs - coordinate, standardize, document, control and execute training requests.- Defining, managing, and documenting training curriculum across multiple disciplines, including but not limited to process engineers, process integrators, manufacturing technicians during transfer process, new product introductions and in high volume manufacturing.- Definition and enablement of certification packages, manage manufacturing training certifiers (MTCs) to ensure clear skill requirements for each of the process steps, including equipment and process technicians.
