Marketing Admin

Responsible for the full spectrum of sales activity.- Focus on daily sales operation, attend to inquiries, upkeep of purchase data, coordination with solicitor and end-financiers.- Attention to detail, issuance of related documentation for the full spectrum of sales from booking, stage billings until handover.- Liaise and assist inquiries of rental prospects and existing tenants, and upkeep of rental payment.- To prepare relevant document for authority submission.- Assist Manager on marketing campaigns.- Any other duties that may be given by superior from time to time.**Job Recruitment**- Requires a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Management or a related field and related experience.- 1-3 years' experience preferred.- Proficient in MS office and digital marketing software.- Advantage in property experience.- Prefered can speak MandarinPay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month**Language**:- Mandarin (required)
