Marketing & Communication Executive

Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent. Required skill(s): Social Media Management, CRM Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Digital Marketing or equivalent. Full-Time position(s) available. Responsibilities: Provides advertising, promotions and public relations support to various departments in the property, and ensures that corporate branding is consistent throughout. Assist with all promotions, special events, direct marketing programmes, special events and campaigns. Other responsibilities include developing marketing materials and gift premiums; assembling information packages for promotional events, tours and conferences; and updating the property's website and information regularly. Building rapport with members of the media is an important part of the job. It involves responding to their queries and arranging for media briefings. Keeping track of media coverage of the property is part of the job, as is identifying potential or actual problem areas that could affect branding. Monitoring social media platforms, this individual responds accordingly to reviews and questions.
