Marketing Communication Executive (Marcom)

Creating and managing relevant content and finding new ways to reach intended target audiences.- Managing and updating online and offline platforms in order to ensure relevant content reaches intended target audiences.- Familiar with managing XiohongShu, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube, Google Business Profiles and other social platforms.- Create both pre and post promotional content for campaigns and events and submit content calendar in advance.- Maintain rapport and have updated database of relevant mainstream media and KOLs.- Assist design team with copy writing for promotional materials.- Take and edit photographs/short videos/ reels for social platforms and is able to conduct videos for live coverage.- Use social media to engage consumers, respond to questions and promote company initiatives.- Collaborate with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.- Other Ad-Hoc dutiesRequirement:- Distinction in English and has a strong command of the Chinese language (both written &verbal)- Has a flair for creative writing, strong creativity and conceptualizing skills.- Familiar with various social media platform, content creation and website management.- Computer skill : Microsoft Office, Canva, Capcut, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & Premier Pro- Pleasant personally, disciplined and a team player.- Language : Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu.- Must be willing to relocate at Malacca.**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Malacca City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Marketing Communication: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- english (preferred)
