Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
SOURCE OUT SUPPLIERS & PLACE PO
Source out and register new suppliers (at least 1 qualified new supplier/year for each job type), process PO until goods are received.
Ensure proper release of Marketing items and stocking.
Coordinate with the graphic designer for campaigns, artworks and other related marketing task.
ORGANIZE MARKETING EVENTS
Update HVACR related events and compile necessary information regularly.
Coordinate with the HOD and other team in the preparation to join trades and exhibition.
Prepare all materials including gifts, literatures, display set/system.
Prepare and organize the schedule for the event team.
Producing an accurate summary of total spend at the end of a marketing event.
Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
ENGAGE MARKETING PROMOTIONS, LITERATURES & MATERIALS
Collaborate in creating product & segment brochures and catalogues together with marketing team and R&D most specially with the translation from Chinese to English.
Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
Understanding the product and customer profile and write thorough specs for each.
Get quotes, process PO and receive goods for printing marketing materials.
Manage marketing literature & items lead time and delivery schedule and ensure proper stocking and inventory is observed.
To process FOC, NIDO, PO, PRN, CN, DN and MRN and seek HOD approval.
Ensure accuracy in all document?s information and details before further processing.
To ensure proper documentation filing for reference when required.
OTHER RELATED TASKS
Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and satisfaction for improvement.
Coordinate with the graphic designer for campaigns, artworks and other related marketing task.
Prepare and compile MARTKETING monthly activities.
To perform other tasks that contributes to the smooth daily operation as be referred to memo or letters.
To perform all administration and additional jobs assigned by the superior or Management (or any official letter being issued to you and keep in your personal file).
To perform other job towards order processing and customer satisfaction tasks.
Support company certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO14001 and work actively with improving those areas.
To be responsible for maintaining good housekeeping 5S, proper teamwork and
coordination between all other department in achieving the compliance the company?s

Working Experience
Market and industry trends by brand or origin
Understanding on product and sales cycles
Minimum 2 years of working experience
