Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities : Manage and foster strong relationship with existing distributor and potential customers; Plan, prepare, conduct business opportunity talk, presentation and follow up on distributor activities; Responsible in overseeing training, education and recognition; Developing and assist the Head of Business Development/GM to implement an integrated sales strategy and plan across Malaysia and ASEAN (Future); Maintain a high level of direct involvement in establishing and managing sales performance, strategy and corporate sales team; Assist to set and measure monthly sales goals; Assist to design and implementation of sales initiatives designed to meet targets; Establish and maintain the highest levels of customer service and support. Requirements : Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent. At least 1 year of working experience in Digital Marketing or Direct Selling company. Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
