Marketing Executive

**Responsibilities**:- To create content for marketing events, campaigns and activities with presentation of the strategies and ideas to the Management.- To oversee the execution of the approved events, campaigns and activities.- To work closely with Leasing team in building relationship with tenants and obtain their participation in Mall's events and activities.- To study and research on current market trends and competitors' (malls) activities while ensuring that the Mall's plan meets the changing needs of the market.- To source potential external partners to participate in mall's events and activities.- To organize corporate responsibility events, press conferences, launchings, tours and visits.- To source sponsorship for promotions and events.- To monitor and prepare report on the progress and effectiveness of marketing campaigns that were organised in the Mall.- To handle and manage marketing day-to-day operational work.- To perform any ad hoc task assigned by superior.**Requirements**:- Minimum Diploma holder.- Minimum 3 years work experience in relevant field is preferred.- Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skill.- Creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented.- Self-motivated and has ability to work independently as well as in a team.- Able to handle confidential information with discretion.- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month
