Marketing Executive

**Responsibilities**:- Plan, coordinate and oversee assigned Events & Promotions projects as well as sales efforts to meet the overall objectives of the department and the shopping mall.- Initiate innovative approaches to build brand equity and attract/retain shoppers to the shopping mall.- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the event against policies, objectives and target market.- Ensure proper implementation and smooth coordination of events in accordance with the requirements and standards of each promotional campaign- Establish inter-departmental relationships and effective networking with tenants, government agencies, other private corporations, community leaders, media, contractors, vendors, agencies, etc.**Job Requirements**:- Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Mass Communication or any other Business related disciplines.- Experience: At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field or in the similar capacity in Shopping Centre.- Skills/Competencies:a. Creative, good interpersonal and communication skills.b. Result oriented, mature aggressive, self-motivated and able to work independentlyc. Good interpersonal and communication skills.d. Resourceful, flexible and responsive in dealing with people.e.
