Marketing Executive

**Responsibilities**:- Job Description:- 1. Market survey and analysis- Monitor competitors' activities and advertising through online or offline.- To conduct market research & analysis for competitor's project, especially for Melaka area.- To prepare monthly competitor analysis report and present to management.- Responsible for doing surveys and other marketing strategies for social media channels.2. Point of material- Responsible on marketing material forecasting and ordering to meet sales objectives.- Get quotation and coordinate all marketing or promotional materials as when required.- Assist in handling product roadshow, events and other marketing activities.- To prepare monthly marketing asset stock take report.3. Marketing Sales Kit- To prepare all project details and update to Marketing Sales Kit- Responsible to make sure Marketing Sales Kit are updated and ready to present at anytime.4. Other- Support and assist in customer inquiries regarding our project.- Any other ad-hoc duties to be assigned from time to time are required by the Director.- Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure that tasks are completed, and programmers are delivered on time.Job Requirement- 1. Diploma in Marketing/ Business Administration or equivalent.- 2. Preferred with minimum 2 years of working experience in related field.- 3.
