Overview: As a Marketing Executive for our cooperative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our cooperative's products, services, and brand. Your primary responsibility will be to devise and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain members, increase engagement, and drive growth. You will work closely with various teams within the cooperative to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.**Responsibilities**:1. Develop Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the KOPEMA's offerings and increase membership.2. Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.3. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.4. Member Acquisition and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.6. Content Creation: Generate engaging content for marketing campaigns, including social media posts, blog articles, and promotional materials.7. Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, monitor their performance, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.8. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, operations, and finance, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.9. Event Coordination: Organize and participate in events, trade shows, and community outreach programs to increase brand awareness and attract new members.10. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a cooperative or similar organization.3.
