We welcome you to join us as part of the globally recognised International Schools team.**Job Overview**The Marketing Executive is responsible for executing the product and marketing strategy throughout the product's life cycle. This includes working closely with Sales to create experiences representing the brand and improving student enrolment.**Duties and Responsibilities**- Work with the leaders and relevant departments to develop marketing strategies to generate revenue and improve market share.- Ensure sales and marketing strategies are executed in accordance with directives from the management.- Define market priorities and challenges to address, and the metrics to success.- Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.- Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products- Develop clear features and benefits of the designated product(s) to ensure differentiation between our products.- Be well-versed with the allocated product(s) by developing a deep and comprehensive understanding of it.- Ensure that execution properly represents the respective brands.- Track and analyse sales and marketing data to be compiled into periodic reports for the management (quarterly, half-yearly, annually, etc.)- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.- Assist the CRM with daily duties as per needed.- Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop content for ACE EdVenture Group of Schools.- Reach out to influencers, media to arrange story placement on a national and global level to generate sales leads.- Create internal communications protocols and initiatives that will foster employee morale.- Determine strategic communications campaigns that will help further organisational goals.- Identify new business opportunities.- Represent the organisation at events and press conferences.- Reach out to related government agencies for collaboration.- Oversee all company communications (internal and external).**Requirements and Skills**- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline- At least 1.5 years of work experience in marketing or as a marketing executive- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Excellent organisation and time management with the ability to handle multiple assignments at a time- Savviness with marketing metrics and analytics**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Meal provided- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- How long is your notice period (Month)? or are you available for immediate hire?- What is your expected salary (RM)?**Experience**:- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
