Job Summary : Formulate and execute marketing initiatives to enhance the visibility of company products or services, engaging in thorough market research to pinpoint potential customers and assess prevailing market trends. Oversee the orchestration of marketing campaigns spanning digital, print, and social media platforms. Formulate sales strategies to meet and surpass revenue targets, while nurturing relationships with key clients through adept accounts management. Proactively identify and capitalize on new business prospects, spearheading business development strategies. Remain abreast to industry trends and competitor activities to secure and maintain a competitive advantage. Generate detailed reports on marketing endeavours, sales achievements, and market trends Job Responsibility : Develop, plan and execute marketing plans (offline & online) for brand through offline and online channels, including social media, new product launching campaign, seasonal sales campaign, live event, and partnership. Propose and execute marketing campaigns (offline & online) to increase brand awareness, sales, and improve communication within a specific market and maintain loyal customers. Research, observe and analyse competitors and market trends. Manage production of marketing communications and promotional materials to meet deadlines. Monitor, analyse and track offline and online marketing campaign performance, return on investment, budget control, and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management. Identify, negotiate, and maintain follow-up with external parties for collaboration. Work closely with other team members and marketing vendors / agencies to achieve company goal and sales target. Executing ad-hoc task from time to time by the Management request. Job Requirement : Bachelor of Business (Marketing), Bachelor of Marketing, Bachelor of Mass Communication or equivalent. Proficient in interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of engaging in polite and professional interactions with ease. Possess a good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin Has strong skills in planning, organizing, coordinating, presenting, and managing time Creative, resourceful, customer-centric, self-driven, and focused on achieving results.
