**Responsibilities**:- Brainstorm, plan and create content for social media- Perform content audits to analyse and access the performance of content created (with guidance), and take active steps to improve content quality and performance over time- To support performance marketing partner with marketing content when requested- Assist in digital & social media advertising planning, budgeting, tracking & monitoring- Manage overall online & offline marketing planning, coordination and execution.- Responsible to conceptualize, design and implement creative graphics projects- Planning, Organizing, Coordinating, and execute Online & Offline events/roadshows- Plan, prepare and to ensure smooth execution of advertising, promotional, sales- Research and analyze market trends including online marketing such as social media, offline marketing planning, data, and advertising strategies- Copywriting / Proofreading if needed- Liaise with creative team for marketing contents- To be able to assist on ad-hoc tasks when required.**Job Requirements**:- At least 2 years working experience in related field is required for this position- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.- Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.- Strong sense of urgency and responsibility to complete projects and meet deadlines.- Proficient in written and verbal communication - English and Mandarin.- Pleasant personality, presentable and team player.**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional development- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)**Experience**:- Marketing: 2 years (required)
