Job Description:- Organize and plan events including store openings, Monthly special events and retail's marketing / sales based event/activities.- Coordinate / follow up with related Boutique's vendor of Outsource brand's supplier to get marketing support.- Coordinate /delegating related marketing assignments to Graphics, Online dept (social media's advertising) and vendor of Social media in preparing related POSM.- Work closely with Boutique front end sales team in developing marketing activities that drive sales performance.- Tracking changes in consumer engagement following the roll-out of each marketing campaign.- Coordinating efforts to ensure that campaigns are run smooth and completed- Compiling reports detailing the effects exerted by each campaign, and review for a better campaign.- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on each campaign, by quarterly and annual basis to make sure each campaign's GP- Manage all retail assets and marketing material such as POSM, display stand, Banner, Bunting and etc.- Not only Offline retail's POSM, preparing and follow up the advertising of Social media & WhaxxApp broadcasting.**Requirements**:- Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Marketing, Sales, or similar or equivalent or relevant working experience.- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in retail.- Willing to learn, possess valid driving license, willing to travel.- Independent, takes initiative and is self-motivated.- Detailed oriented and good time management skills is required- Required language**:CN**, English & Bahasa Malaysia.- Willing to participate in company activities/events.- (Must) Computer literate and proficient in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)- Able to support marketing event on weekends, public holidays depending on business needs**Salary**: Up to RM6,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Experience**:- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)
